Why should you use spices in winter?

Like all living things, in winter our body automatically goes into “energy-saving” mode, and most of the hormonal storm goes to sleep waiting for the first snowdrops. However, this does not mean that we should hang a sign on the bedroom door: “Do not wake up until spring!”
Let’s try to cheer up!

What spices will help us bloom all year round?
Garlic
  • Yes Yes. It sounds strange, given the well-known contraindications to eating garlic before dates. However, if you are not a vampire, then garlic is exactly the product that accelerates our metabolism, has antimicrobial and antifungal properties, treats colds and even thrush.
  • The main advantage of garlic in the context of today’s topic is its ability to improve blood circulation and increase blood flow to the genitals. What prevents us from trying? Of course, this does not mean that you should make yourself and your loved one a garlic necklace, and after an evening shower tape the clove to your navel in the hope that it will arouse the desire of your partner. It is enough to add a reasonable amount of this plant to dinner and – who knows?
  • We can offer a spicy alternative – asafoetida, which by its properties and aroma combines onion and garlic at once.
Nutmeg
  • Some call it “Viagra for women” and yet nutmeg is used in Ayurveda for treatment of men with rapid ejaculation, impotence, that is, with disorders associated with the lack of sexual desire
  • Muscat can be used both for preparing drinks and all kinds of other dishes and sauces, however this should be done with caution, because, like most spices, its excess in any dish will lead to excessive bitterness or even to the impossibility of consuming what you spent an hour and a half conjuring in the kitchen.
Basil

It is not for nothing that one of the favorite dishes of freedom-loving Italians is the Caprese salad, which includes tomatoes, mozzarella, sometimes olives, and always basil leaves. And what else would work best for our purposes, other than “kissing grass”?

In order to somehow distinguish the following spices in the summary, we called them “Four “С” –
cayenne pepper, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon.
Cayenne pepper
  • Let’s emphasize the warming abilities of the spice, and its ability to generate heat not only at the “input and exit” (forgive the sense of humor), but also in its ability to cause blood flow to important in our today’s topic, human bodies
  • In addition, ubiquitous scientists long ago found out that spicy spices revive the desire to live, helping to cope with depression and problems in the sexual sphere. So if you are suddenly drawn to something spicy, know that the body is asking for a charge of vigor.
  • Don’t let your inner demons go hungry!
Cardamom
  • Ayurveda especially recommends cardamom to women as a component of a medicine against thrush and to normalize the menstrual cycle. However, it is also used to treat impotence.
  • Most often, cardamom is used in baking, but it can be used for anything: from tea, coffee, and hot milk to side dishes and soups. Experiment with pleasure
Coriander (cilantro or Chinese parsley)
  • Fresh cilantro greens are a rich source of phytoestrogens.
  • Infusion from coriander seeds: 1-2 tsp. seeds or 0.5 tsp. pour 1 cup of boiling water over seed powder, infuse for 10-20 minutes, drink as tea.
  • Coriander and its greens are used for genital herpes.
  • Along with saffron and turmeric, coriander is useful for women with inflammation of the pelvic organs, including endometritis and endometriosis.
  • Sprinkle stew with coriander, add to soups and salads.
Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon is added to smoothies, coffee, morning cereals, for baking, for vegetable and meat dishes. It is part of toothpastes, chewing gums, candies, etc.
  • Cinnamon is one of the best preventive measures for many diseases – from low blood pressure and slow digestion to the fight against cancer cells. In today’s topic, we are interested in the ability of cinnamon to warm the blood, relieve premenstrual syndrome and eliminate painful sensations.
  • I think this spice is given a huge amount of attention, and now few people do not know that cinnamon and vanilla are two of the most aromas loved by men, causing them to desire not only tasty food)
  • As a vivid example, you can cite thousands of varieties of apple pie with the use of cinnamon and vanilla in them as one of the most sexually stimulating culinary recipes.
Ginger

The Internet is as saturated with articles about the useful properties of ginger as it is with the praise of cinnamon . We will not yet repeat the material we have covered, but we will only mention that ginger restores strength in case of physical and mental fatigue, cleanses the body, improves cerebral blood circulation and has a positive effect on the work of the thyroid gland and adrenal glands – organs responsible for the production of hormones. Therefore, ginger is also rightly considered one of the strongest libido stimulants. And already in winter, during the period of colds, which ginger tea perfectly helps to fight, there is nothing better than a healthy throat and the absence of snot.

On this note, perhaps, we will end a short excursion into the wonderful world of spices. It is truly an endless source of inspiration and knowledge. Try it. Experiment. Look for and create your own, the most secret secret of the source of joy and good health!
