Vegan tofu cheesecakes

We present you Vegan tofu cheesecakes that are prepared without cheese, eggs and refined sugar.
No animal products! Only protein-rich tofu, coconut milk and sugar, and fresh berries (you can replace them with fruit in winter, such as banana slices) to decorate when serving the dish.

Components:

  • 250 g of tofu
  • 4 tablespoons of whole grain or spelled flour
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coconut sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • raisins and lemon zest – if desired
  • 6 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • coconut oil for frying (or use any vegetable oil)
  1. Grind the tofu in a blender until smooth
  2. Add flour+sugar+vanilla to the tofu = mix well
  3. Add raisins and lemon zest
  4. Form balls from the mass, roll in flour, give the desired shape and fry in a well-heated pan until golden brown.
