We present you Vegan tofu cheesecakes that are prepared without cheese, eggs and refined sugar.
No animal products! Only protein-rich tofu, coconut milk and sugar, and fresh berries (you can replace them with fruit in winter, such as banana slices) to decorate when serving the dish.
Components:
- 250 g of tofu
- 4 tablespoons of whole grain or spelled flour
- 2 tablespoons of chopped coconut sugar
- a pinch of vanilla
- raisins and lemon zest – if desired
- 6 tablespoons of coconut milk
- coconut oil for frying (or use any vegetable oil)
- Grind the tofu in a blender until smooth
- Add flour+sugar+vanilla to the tofu = mix well
- Add raisins and lemon zest
- Form balls from the mass, roll in flour, give the desired shape and fry in a well-heated pan until golden brown.
