Try turmeric with hot chocolate in coconut milk! This delicious, invigorating and warming drink based on coconut products and spices is energizing and has anti-inflammatory properties, and it is prepared in 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 glass coconut milk (250 ml)
- 1½ tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1-2 tsp. а pinch of coconut oil
- black pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. honey
COOKING
- Pour milk into a pan. Add cocoa powder, turmeric and coconut oil. Mix everything until smooth. Heat, but do not boil.
- Turn off the heat, add a pinch of black pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir.
- Pour into a mug. Allow the drink to cool slightly and add honey.
- Honey can be replaced with coconut sugar, agave syrup, or maple syrup.
- Coconut oil and black pepper are important here because they help our bodies absorb turmeric.
- Cayenne pepper you can not add if you are sensitive to it.
