We are in a hurry to share a successfully tested upgrade recipe for Chocolate Coconut Pudding
- Suitable for vegans
- Does not require baking
- Incredibly tender, nutritious and tasty!
You will need:
500 ml of coconut milk
200 ml of water
70-110 g of coconut (or any other unrefined) sugar
pinch of salt
45 g of dark cocoa powder
120 g of grated cocoa beans
1 teaspoon of agar-agar

Preparation
- Place the milk, water, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the cocoa powder with 4 tablespoons of water, then pour into the milk mixture and mix.
- Add grated cocoa beans melted in a water bath (you can just rub them on a grater beforehand), and stir everything until the ingredients are completely dissolved.
- Place the agar-agar in a cup, add 1 tablespoon of water, stir and pour the thickener into the chocolate mixture. Then bring to a boil and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the resulting aromatic delicacy into a mold, let the pudding cool completely and send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, the pudding can be decorated with nuts or fresh fruit.
