Mint chocolate truffles? Easy!
It is difficult to resist such a temptation!
Must purchase:
2 eggs
50 g coconut oil
50 g grated cocoa beans or bitter dark chocolate
80 g cocoa powder
200 g flour – we have 50/50 white and rye
200 g coconut sugar
1 tsp. food mint essence
1 tsp. baking powder
120 g of powdered sugar for beauty
- Melt coconut oil, grated cocoa beans and sugar in a water bath while stirring thoroughly.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add other ingredients to the chocolate mass: eggs, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and mint essence.
- Mix everything well again and form small balls.
- Roll the chocolate balls in powdered sugar and spread them on a parchment sheet at some distance from each other (truffles will grow and crack beautifully in the oven).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160°C
