For some unknown reason, many people believe that the love of chocolate and hot cocoa is shared mainly by women and children. Allegedly, it is not appropriate for men to indulge in sweets. We would not be so categorical in our judgments.
The amazing ability of hot chocolate to improve mood and increase vitality has been known to people for many centuries. Cocoa increases brain function, improves immunity, and theobromine, which is contained in natural cocoa products, causes an almost instantaneous fleeting feeling of pleasure. Perhaps that is why, among the many benefits of cocoa, its inherent ability to increase sexual appetite has long been noted.
Even the legendary leader Montezuma drank five cups of hot chocolate before visiting his numerous harem. And no less (if not more) the famous Giovanni Casanova started his morning with a cup of cocoa, considering it a drink more exciting than champagne, and absolutely indispensable in love adventures.
We have prepared for you one of the Mexican recipes of a special hot chocolate, and if it is your will, you will be able to experience its magical properties.
So, for two servings of cocoa as an aphrodisiac, you will need:
- 2 glasses of water or milk
- 60 g cocoa powder or grated cocoa beans
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pod vanilla or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
- 2 pinches of freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix the cocoa with water in a small saucepan and put it on a low heat so that one side of the bowl remains cold and the other warms.
- Stir the drink constantly, and as soon as it becomes a little thicker – add all the spices, sugar, mix for a couple more minutes and remove from the heat.
- Before drinking, it is recommended to shake the drink well, because everything is tastiest and most important at the bottom.
