Ingredients:
300 g oat flakes*
150 g coconut sugar
50 g coconut flour
100 g grated cocoa beans or dark chocolate
400 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground or whole anise/another your favorite spice
lemon peel
*oats if desired grind flakes into flour

✔Break the grated cocoa into small pieces
✔Grate coconut sugar or grind it in a blender
✔In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (oat flakes, coconut flour and sugar, grated cocoa, anise).
✔Introduce coconut milk and lemon juice into the dry mixture and mix everything well.
✔Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or use a baking mat.
✔Form the dough into cakes of arbitrary diameter and half a centimeter in height, and spread them on parchment
✔Bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200°C
