Here are the recipes for chocolate chia puddings with cocoa and coconut milk!
Chia pudding with a triple portion of cocoa
1½ cups coconut milk
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup of cocoa powder + 1 more tbsp.
2 tbsp. coconut sugar or maple syrup
1 tbsp. grated cocoa beans or bitter dark chocolate
½ tsp. ground cinnamon or vanilla extract – as desired.
- Mix chia seeds, milk, spices with ¼ cup cocoa and coconut sugar. Let them infuse for 20 minutes.
- Stir the mixture once more and add 1 tbsp. cocoa powder and grated chocolate shavings.
- Put in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Serve with fruit, nuts, chocolate chips
Chocolate and hazelnut pudding
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup of low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. coconut sugar or honey (it is better to dilute them in milk immediately)
1 tbsp. whole or chopped almonds for decoration
Mix all the ingredients and put in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
