Cookies made of porcini mushrooms or enjoying local dishes in the tropics
- about 100 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 very large bulb
- 2 tbsp. flour
- coconut oil
- salt
- potatoes 1.5 kg
- garlic
- Boil porcini mushrooms in 2.5 cups of water, cool, chop finely.
- Chop the onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, add the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Sauce is being prepared in parallel:
- Heat 6 tbsp. of coconut oil
- add to the oil 2 tbsp. flour (with bitter) and fry
- add mushroom broth
- bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
- after the sauce boils, make a small fire and cook for another 5 minutes, of course – constantly stirring.
Garnish: cut the potatoes into small pieces (I cut 8 medium-sized potatoes), boil them.
Heat oil in a pan, fry finely chopped garlic in it and fry the potatoes in it.
Serve together, garnished with herbs.
