Vegetarian matcha cake

Vegetarian matcha cake – a simple recipe for a bright dessert will diversify your taste. In addition, green is the color of wealth and money)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

125 g of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
100 g of coconut sugar (maple syrup)
4 tbsp. Virgin Organic coconut oil
180 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. powdered Matcha tea
5 blueberries, blackberries or cherries
3 tbsp. finely chopped chocolate or grated cocoa beans
½ tablespoon of vinegar
pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and matcha powder in a blender bowl.
  2. Add milk, oil, vanilla, vinegar and mix well.
  3. Fill the molds with the dough and put the halved berries on top and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180C.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool
