Vegan spicy banana bread: quick, useful, delicious

330 g bananas
100 ml coconut oil (melted)
100 ml coconut milk
60 g coconut sugar (more/less)
210 g coarse whole wheat flour (can be spelt)
60 g oatmeal
1 tablespoon ground flax
optional handful of raisins or other dried fruits
a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
spices to taste*

Vegan spicy banana bread


  • Grate bananas on a coarse grater or grind in a blender.
  • First mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, oatmeal, flax, salt, soda, spices.
  • Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, then milk and butter, dried fruits. Mix everything well
  • Transfer the resulting mass into a pre-oiled form. The FORM should be deep, preferably rectangular. Ideally suited for baking bread-brick.
  • Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
