Post-New Year’s detox

Today we will talk a little about detox after the New Year’s holidays.
So, in our opinion, the most effective and easiest way to help the body survive the consequences of the New Year’s holidays is tea! Simply choose any tea to your taste and drink it at a comfortable pace throughout the day.

As a natural detox, they are great:
  • all kinds of green teas, our beloved Karkade and Rojbush, in which, by the way , you can add mint or orange
  • berry and fruit teas – rosehip, raspberry, currant, lemon, sea buckthorn, uzvar and, of course, cranberry juice
  • herbal infusions – all types of mint, chamomile, thyme, basil , linden, rapeseed, etc.

Let’s not ignore the champion spice Masale for cleansing and supporting the liver:
Method of preparation of such infusions:

Pour the spice with boiling water, based on the calculation of 1 teaspoon of spice per glass of water.
Let it infuse for 3-4 minutes. Further to taste – you can add honey, lemon. Plus, adjust the strength of the tea to your liking

Remember an old recipe for ginger tea from Dr. Amy Champiro, a New York nutritionist
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or cider
  • 20 g of fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • a stick of Ceylon cinnamon and/or a teaspoon of honey
  1. Pour water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, turmeric and cayenne.
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add apple cider vinegar, a slice of lemon and a stick of cinnamon or honey to a mug.
This drink may take some getting used to, but it not only has a detoxifying effect, but also improves mood and energizes.

We wish you all good Post-New Year’s detox
