Italian cuisine in Masale. Pesto sauce is our love for this week.
Ingredients
basil – 2 bunches
parsley – 1 bunch
Parmesan cheese (can be replaced with any hard cheese) – 70-80 g
pine nuts – 2 tablespoons
garlic – 3-4 cloves
olive or other vegetable oil – 100-120 ml
salt to taste
- Wash and dry the basil and parsley
- Grate the cheese
- Peel the garlic
- Pine nuts can be fried in a pan without oil, but you can leave raw
- Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind to a homogeneous mass
- For other taste variations, “Pesto” can be combined in different proportions of greens: parsley, spinach, cilantro
