Nut cake without flour.
Very simple ingredients, very easy to cook, very tasty!


4 eggs
2 cups of nuts (originally walnuts, I mixed them with cashews)
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
150 g coconut or regular sugar
sugar on the tip of a spoon ground star anise

  • Whip the egg whites until thick (I used a blender)
  • Chop the nuts into pieces about 0.5 cm in diameter
  • Add egg yolks, sugar, breadcrumbs to the nuts – mix , lastly add the beaten egg whites and mix
  • Place in a form greased with oil.
  • In the oven for 40 minutes at 180C.
  • I put a layer of custard on top . It turned out very tasty. It seems to me that butter cream would also be great.
  • It’s that simple)
