Who among us would give up glowing skin, a stable mood, and a healthy reproductive system? And also good metabolism, cheerfulness and harmonious libido. It is unlikely that there will be such. Hormones have the lion’s share of influence on these spheres, and we can, in turn, shape their balance with a balanced diet.
Of course, it is quite difficult in today’s world to eat in such a way as to perfectly provide all the organs and systems of our body. However, it makes sense to remember that by using a certain product, we either help the production of hormones, or introduce a disorder into the system. And just remember this when eating this or that food.
