Homemade Carob Chocolate

To your attention a delicious Homemade Carob Chocolate — is easy to cook, nutritious and healthy. Real home superfood!

Ingredients on 6-7 small chocolate

30 g of cocoa butter
30 g of coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
30 g of Carob
The stuffing to choose from: spices, candied fruits, raisins, sesame, pomegranate, chia seeds, dried fruits and more.

  1. Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil on a steam bath
  2. Add the syrup or honey and mix the mass until smooth.
  3. Add the Carob and mix well until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into small silicone or paper cupcakes (or simply spread the kerobas with a thin layer on a silicone sheet, and then cut or break it as you please), add the fillings.
  5. Put the flavors in the refrigerator until cooled (for an hour or overnight).
  6. Bon Appetit!
