Ginger balls are healthy sweets

Recipe for connoisseurs of bitter chocolate and spices. Ginger balls are healthy sweets and the perfect addition to a cup of black coffee!

Components:

Ground ginger – 1 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon – 1 tablespoon
Grated cocoa beans or dark chocolate – 250 g
Cream 33% – 1 cup
Ginger cookies or any -what store-bought shortbread – ½ cup
Honey or coconut sugar to taste

  • Heat the cream over medium heat.
  • Add the chocolate, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, stirring, until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
  • Add 1 tbsp to the chocolate. l. ground ginger and cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and leave for 3 hours.
  • Grind the ginger cookies in a food processor or blender to fine crumbs
  • Form 12-14 balls from the cooled chocolate mass and roll in ginger crumbs. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Ginger balls should be stored in the refrigerator. However, they rarely remain with us)
