Ginger and turmeric are the elixir of youth

The elixir of youth made with a mixture of ginger and turmeric is not only a good morning drink that invigorates, but also an excellent way to remove toxins from the body. A daily cleansing morning tea will help maintain health. Choose a recipe for yourself and enjoy!

Method of preparation: 

2 tsp. Elixir of youth from Masale
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice 

  • Mix all the ingredients, add 250 ml of warm water (up to 40 degrees).
  • Drink on an empty stomach every morning.
  • The course is 1 month.

Also, with this spicy mixture you can prepare any second dish or prepare a warming/cold ginger drink

Pour boiling water over the mixture, let it steep for 5-10 minutes, add lemon/orange/apple/strawberry or all together and pour hot water to get a warming drink. Or fill the signature spice blend with cool water and add ice for a chilled drink.
You can use honey or coconut sugar as a sweetener.
