Home cozy latte with invigorating spices – a drink with which you want to start a spring morning. Despite the name, this latte has absolutely no caffeine. And all thanks to the spices that give it a special exquisite taste, making it fantastically tasty and healthy. It will perfectly replace the morning cup of coffee – without causing a sharp energy rise and then a decline, but, on the contrary, will balance the mind and improve concentration.
Ingredients:
Coconut milk or almond – 1 glass
Ground turmeric – 1/2 tsp.
Ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon
Ceylon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
Black/green/pink/white pepper – a pinch
Honey – 1- 2 tsp
Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Pour milk into a saucepan and add other ingredients, except honey. Heat the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally so that the spices combine well with the milk. When the drink cools down a little, add honey and mix well. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
A little more about the properties of each spice:
- Turmeric – improves digestion and contributes to the normalization of intestinal microflora. Cleanses the blood, stimulates the formation of new blood cells, strengthens immunity, is a natural antibiotic.
