Classic recipe for the most delicate Italian dessert Tiramisu!

Ingredients for cakes:

3 chicken eggs
75 g of flour
75 g of powdered sugar

Ingredients for cream:

400 g of creamy mascarpone cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup of powdered sugar

2 Art. spoons of brandy (amaretto, rum, Baileys)
250 ml of strong coffee
2 teaspoons cocoa powder


Let’s make the cakes and while they are baking, we will prepare the cream. So.

  • Containers for whipping must be dry.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Mix the yolks and add all the powdered sugar.
  • Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar and pre-ground cinnamon until creamy. The mass should be pale yellow.
  • Add all the flour to the yolk mass. The dough will be very thick, and it will be difficult to knead it.
  • Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam and gradually introduce the dough. Introduce proteins gradually. The dough should not be too liquid, it should be loose and therefore you will not need all the proteins.
  • Now we grease the form with oil (I used a pan without a handle with a diameter of 25 cm as a form) and pour part of the dough into it – as much , so that it covers the bottom with a layer about 5 mm thick. From this amount of dough, I got 2 cakes.
  • Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  • You can also make cookies from the leftover dough.
  • To do this, put parchment on a sheet, grease it with oil and lay out cookies with a width of 2 fingers and a length of 10-12 centimeters.

Now we prepare the cream

  • Brew a glass of strong coffee, you can add a little blackberry to it
  • Separate the whites from the yolks
  • Beat the yolks with powdered sugar, add mascarpone and mix well
  • Beat the whites, add to the cheese mixture and mix carefully
  • Place the finished cakes (or cookies) tightly on the bottom of the mold (of any size)
  • Add the selected coffee to the brewed coffee alcoholic drink and pour over the biscuit.
  • Put a layer of the cheese mixture on the pieces of biscuit, then again the biscuit and again the cream (the last layer should be the cream) and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
