Chocolate mousse with coconut cream

We continue to enjoy goodies together with our vegan friends and their recipe for Chocolate Mousse with Coconut Cream!

Ingredients:

120 g grated cocoa beans (or chocolate with 70% cocoa content)
1 glass of aquafaba
2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup chilled coconut cream

  • Thoroughly stirring, melt the grated cocoa beans and coconut oil in a water bath
  • Let the chocolate mass cool for 5-10 minutes
  • In another container, mix aquafaba with sugar until thick foam
  • Gently stirring, introduce aquafaba into the chocolate mass and lightly beat it with a whisk
  • Spread the foam into 4 small containers and let it infuse for at least 4 hours
  • Before serving, decorate the mousse with pre-whipped cold coconut cream?
