Chickpea flour pie with apples

This is just an incredibly tasty cake, and it’s also healthy, and that’s why we decided to share the recipe with you. So, chickpea flour pie with apples!

Firstly, it is gluten-free, and secondly, it is very easy to prepare, so you can easily please yourself and your loved ones.

Ingredients:

160 g chickpea flour
40 g coconut sugar
3 small apples (you can add pears and/or plums)
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
100-150 ml coconut milk
50 g of coconut oil (melted)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Vanillin and spices as desired

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees 
  • Cut the apples into thin slices 
  • Mix milk with lemon juice, add butter (in liquid form). In the second bowl, mix the flour with sugar and baking powder.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix until the dry lumps disappear.
  • Place the dough in a previously prepared, oiled form.
  • li>Lay out the sliced apples on the surface of the dough.
  • Send the dessert to the oven for 30-35 minutes. 
  • Before using, the dish should cool a little.
  • Reheat oven to 180 degrees
