- It is prepared from chickpea flour, which is 2 times higher than ordinary flour in terms of protein and 6 times higher than white flour.
- Contains folic acid, iron, vitamin B-6, magnesium and potassium.
- An omelet made from such flour has a pleasant aroma, delicate texture and is perfectly filling.
- The recipe contains three servings.

We will need
3/4 cup (1 cup – 250 ml) chickpea flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. rice or wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. dry garlic or asafetida
a handful of spinach
1 tomato
1 small mushroom
coconut oil for frying
any red fresh pepper to taste
salt to taste

- Combine flour, soda, spices.
- Pour water, add vinegar. Finely chop all the vegetables. They can be absolutely any. You can add celery, red pepper or simply limit yourself to parsley and dill.
- We grease the pan with vegetable oil and pour a small ladle of the composition.
