To be honest, in the summer we don’t like to cook. We just go out to the garden to graze – we eat fruits and greens and vegetables in salads, or grill them and constantly prepare cream soups with zucchini, then from cabbage, then from cucumbers. But the coconut milk arrived a week ago and various smoothies and frappes returned to our table, well, very tasty the heat
How to cook them – everyone is aware. A blender capable of crushing ice is our everything. So who cares – jot down recipes from last week.
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh diced pineapple (or any other berries)
- 5 raw cashews
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups peaches, sliced
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 glass of coconut milk or regular low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 3 cups of ice cubes
- 1 cup of coconut milk or 10% regular cream
- 1/3 cup of sugar – optional
- 1/2 vanilla pod
And one more Cool drinks on coconut milk
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 glass of ice
- 1 1/2 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- 2 tsp. sweetener
- Add cubes of ice, cream and sugar to a blender or smoothie machine capable of crushing ice.
- Cut in half vanilla pod in the middle and scrape out all the seeds inside.
- Add the seeds in a blender.
- Mix until all the ice is crushed and the frappe has a smooth consistency.
- Serve cold
