Vegetarian matcha cake – a simple recipe for a bright dessert will diversify your taste. In addition, green is the color of wealth and money)
Ingredients for 4 servings:
125 g of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
100 g of coconut sugar (maple syrup)
4 tbsp. Virgin Organic coconut oil
180 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. powdered Matcha tea
5 blueberries, blackberries or cherries
3 tbsp. finely chopped chocolate or grated cocoa beans
½ tablespoon of vinegar
pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and matcha powder in a blender bowl.
- Add milk, oil, vanilla, vinegar and mix well.
- Fill the molds with the dough and put the halved berries on top and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
- Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180C.
- Remove from the oven and let cool
