Today we present to you beautiful puttu ☛ Kerala rice sweets with banana. Very tasty, nutritious and Asian.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 coffee cups of round NOT steamed rice
pulp of 1 ripe coconut or a few handfuls of coconut shavings
4 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp. cream or fatty coconut milk
honey
8 small or 4 large bananas
vanilla stick 2 pcs.
Preparation:
- Boil the rice in water in a ratio of 1/2.
- Cool. Add coconut oil and vanilla seeds as desired, mix.
- Divide into 4 portions, form into rolls.
- Roll in finely grated coconut (ground in a blender).
- Place on a plate, decorate with bananas, drizzle with cream and honey.
- Eat as a snack with bananas

Ingredients:
130 g of brown rice (or round, unsteamed rice, which tends to boil and stick together)
75 g of grated fresh coconut or ready-made coconut shavings
coconut oil
liquid honey
coconut milk or cream
Preparation of Puttu:
- Cook rice 1/1.5 in water, adding 50 g of coconut shavings at the beginning of cooking.
- When the rice is ready, add 3-5 tbsp. a spoonful of coconut oil, mix, cool a little, divide into 2 parts.
- Roll each part into a thick roller (roll), roll the rollers in the remaining coconut shavings
- Place on a plate, drizzle with honey and milk.
