It was not for nothing that the English believed that it would be good to drink tea at 5 o’clock in the evening. And we answer – they are absolutely right. According to daily cycles, this is the time to replenish the water balance and take a short break. However, masala tea from Masale is always a good idea at any time of the day!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of coconut milk (more is possible if you need thicker and milkier tea)
- 1-2 tablespoons of black tea
- sugar or honey to taste
- 2 teaspoons spice mixture Masala for tea
Method of preparation
- Bring tea, water and milk to a boil in one container.
- Turn off the heat and add spices.
- Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain.
- Masala tea is ready.
