Delivery in Kyiv
Delivery of MASALE goods in Kyiv is carried out by Nova Poshta, Justin, Ukrposhta and is paid by the client at the rate of the carrier company.

There is also a courier and targeted delivery from Nova Poshta with a mandatory prepayment of 100 UAH.

Pay attention
Upon delivery by Nova Poshta, the calculation is made by 100% prepayment to the card account or cash on delivery with a mandatory prepayment in the amount of double the cost of delivery of the goods (from 100 UAH)

When sending orders by Ukrposhta and Justin 100% advance payment for the goods is carried out.

When ordering more than 1500 UAH - delivery is FREE!

Pickup
Basic MASALE products such as coconut oil, coconut sugar and milk can be purchased for CASH from our partners in the coffee shop "Lapachino" (2 minutes from Metro Polytechnic Institute), Kyiv.

If you purchased any other goods in our online store along with those available in the coffee shop, you can also pick them up at Lapachino on a day convenient for you (delivery of paid orders is carried out on Wednesdays, from 15:00 until 17:00 if payment was received before 14:00)

  • Cashless payment to a bank card
  • Electronic payment system
  • Bank transfers for legal entities and individuals
  • Cash – in the event that the actual pick-up point specified on the MASALE website in the “Delivery” section is selected as the method of product delivery
  • Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the goods upon delivery of the order by the “Nova Poshta” service (we send UAH 100 prepaid to a bank card; the carrier’s commission will be UAH 20 + 2% of the total amount to be paid).

Refunds are made exclusively in the same way as the payment for the goods was made. The method of refund will be determined by phone/postal negotiations between the buyer and the representative of the MASALE online store.

Refunds are made by refunding the value of the paid goods by bank transfer, as well as by transferring to a bank card (the card must be issued on the territory of Ukraine; the currency of the card is hryvnia).

Before requesting a refund of the money order for the goods, the buyer must personally verify the correctness of the bank card details he provided. Otherwise, the MASALE online store is not responsible for the bank details incorrectly specified by the buyer for the return of the money bank transfer to the buyer’s card.

The terms of the refund depend, respectively, on the method of payment for the goods chosen by the buyer.

When issuing a refund to the buyer’s bank card, a service fee or commission of the payment banking system for the refund may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Exchange / Return of goods of inadequate quality

According to Appendix No. 3 to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 on the List of Goods of Appropriate Quality, the goods of the MASALE online store are not subject to exchange (return).

If the product you purchased from the MASALE online store turned out to be of inadequate quality, in cases provided by law, we are ready to refund the money for the purchased product or replace it with a product of proper quality.
A product of improper quality means a product with an improper taste, smell, or expiration date.

The received product must correspond to the description on the MASALE website. The difference of design elements or design from those stated in the description on the website is not a sign of inadequate quality of the product and/or the impossibility of using it for its intended purpose. Responsibility for the integrity and preservation of the order rests entirely with the courier service whose services were chosen by the buyer when ordering the goods. The appearance and completeness of the product, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the product. After receiving the order, claims regarding its external defects, quantity, completeness and product appearance are not accepted.
