Spicy Indian breads on coconut milk

Composition:
flour
water/coconut milk
salt
to taste, you can add to the dough spices
coconut oil for frying
- Add milk to the flour and knead the dough to the state of plasticine.
- Roll out to 1 mm, cut with a plate to make flat cakes (or cups – you will get manyuni cakes).
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan so that the liquid covers the bottom of the pan by 1 cm. The fire should be medium, not high!
- Throw the cake on the pan, wait 0.5-1 min. fry the other side for the same amount of time.
- Let the oil drain slightly, removing the cake from the pan.
- When toasting, the cake will puff up – this is a normal phenomenon, according to the recipe 🙂
