Organic coconut milk powder is the perfect choice for those with lactose or gluten allergies.
Our milk powder (cream) does not contain preservatives or dyes. It contains only sublimated coconut cream and a small amount of organic rice molasses as a natural sweetener for coconut milk, which in itself is neutral in taste.

The fat content of our dry milk is slightly more than 50%. We recommend diluting the sublimated product with water based on your preferences and wishes. A typical dose is about 1 to 3 teaspoons per cup of warm boiled water.
