In the production process, Ceylon organic coconut flour was not modified with the help of additional heat and chemical treatment, and was not bleached, which allowed to preserve the natural creamy color and bright pleasant coconut aroma.

Features of using coconut flour in cooking:

1 cup of coconut flour equals 3 cups of wheat flour.
When using coconut flour in baking, you need a stronger “grip” for the dough – that is, an additional amount of chicken eggs or “vegan” eggs (flax flour + water)
Coconut flour can absorb and retain a lot of moisture, which affects the consistency of the finished product and requires more careful kneading of the dough.
Desserts based on coconut flour take less time to bake than products made from wheat flour.
